Found near the Cowgate in Edinburgh, Scotland, August 2001. Just a roughly-cut passport photo, with the name '..e ..pherd' written in blue biro on the back. But Mr ..pherd is a fine example of the Scots male. These 'baldy' haircuts are ubiquitous here on young and old (well, up to about the age of 40), and it seems that in Scotland the '80s never died: flannelette shirts and denim jackets are everywhere.
